I was watching some videos of Zoella and she had one called Just Say Yes!
It was saying about taking every opportunity to do and try new things this might mean you try some new food like squid (I've never tried it, comment if its nice!) or you decide to go on holiday because there's lots of opportunity's there, like paragliding or proper swimming in the sea...
But this doesn't mean that you don't take the smaller opportunity's like going to the woods for a day. you are just going to have lots of fun and afterwards you going to think Just Say Yes and let all your worries disappear. You will start to enjoy life more when you just say yes!
